Switchman is a product of Recio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Recio Ltd. References to "you" refer to the individual or organisation using Switchman.

2. What Switchman is

Switchman is an open source CLI tool and coordination layer for parallel AI coding agents. The local workflow is MIT licensed and usable without creating an account.

3. Accepting these terms

By installing Switchman or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are using Switchman on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. What we store

The local Switchman CLI stores coordination data on your machine in a SQLite file (.switchman/switchman.db). We do not receive that local-only data.

We provide the website on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Switchman, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Switchman shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Switchman is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Switchman after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
